PRINTING TECHNIQUE
-DTG or Direct-to-garment is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. This technique makes the design last longer and does not “sit on top” of the garment. This is NOT the same as vinyl or decal or iron-on technique.
-Please note that colors may appear different on different digital screens and may not be a true representation of the actual colors.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
-Processing takes us 2-4 days and shipping to US based destinations takes 5-7 days. The actual shipping process is out of our hands though we try as best as we can to expedite and follow up on orders for our customers.
-Please double-check the address / color / size / design while placing your order as we are unable to track an order placed with a wrong address or cancel / change an order once placed.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
-We do not keep any stock so the products are printed and sent after an order has been made.
