Custom and personalized orders

Yes we do custom orders!!!! All you have to do is click on one of the custom listings in my shop found at www.crafty4ucreatonsinc.etsy.com or message me with an idea and I will send you a custom order listing. Once you place the order send me the text or design you would like and I will send you a proof back. You have 24 hours to message me back if you want any adjustments made. Then I will send it straight to production and it should be printed within a few days and on its way to your door!

Returns and Exchanges

We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are on time and are of the highest quality. For Custom orders we accept returns and exchanges for only the following reasons: 1) The shirt/sweater/mug/etc. are materially flawed or the sizing is over an inch off the sizing chart. Just snap a picture and we will send a new one or offer a refund. 2) The quality of the Design (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is damaged or misplaced. Just snap a picture and we will send a new one or offer a refund For regular items we will accept returns but buyer is responsible for return shipping and item must be in original condition and unused. Exchanges are provided at a reduced rate so you must message before purchasing for discount code.
