Is shipping refundable on a return?

No, shipping is not refundable. If a return is needed, buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. A refund will be issued when the item is received and in original condition. Refund will be minus the initial shipping cost paid by the buyer. Any returns shipped with free shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items Returned To Sender

If an item is returned to sender by USPS or FedEx due to buyer error, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees and no refunds will be given. I ship to the exact address provided by the customer - please make sure this is correct before submitting your order. If you need to change your address after the order is placed, please message me to do so.

Items delayed due to shipping companies will not be refunded as this is out of my control. My items are custom, and therefore are not returnable. I have no control over shipping company delays, but I will ship within my allotted processing time stated on your order.

My item was damaged in transit

If your item is damaged by the shipping company, you must keep all items and all components of packaging to file a claim. Take photos of everything. All items are mailed with insurance. Shipping companies may require the item to be returned to them for inspection. You will need to follow instructions from the shipping company and/or myself for a refund or replacement.
