Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, my printing partner does not provide a way to include a gift message or gift wrapping as part of your order. However, all packages are *not* sent with an invoice inside so it's still a safe option to send to your recipient as a gift. If you do select the 'mark as a gift' option in the checkout it will be disregarded and sent as usual.

Custom and personalised orders

At the moment I do not accept personalized orders.

All sizing details are offered either in the listing photos or description, if you have any further questions about sizing, please contact me and I will do my best to source information.

I received my item but it is damaged/wrong product

Whoops! mistakes happen... But in the unlikely case that your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong product please contact me immediately and I'll be happy to arrange a replacement!

Will this arrive by a specific date?

*I cannot guarantee any dates* once the shipping provider has your package, it's their responsibility to get your package to you and completely out of my control. If you are tracking your package and it seems to be stuck somewhere, or there have been no updates on the tracking site in a while, please connect with the mail provider directly, they have the information you'll need!

I ordered more than one item but I only received one

Depending on current stock, items may be sent separately. Sometimes Etsy only allows one tracking number per order but I can provide the other at request, just contact me :)

Can I cancel my order or change my address if its been more than 12 hours?

Unfortunately, I cannot cancel orders after 12 hours as they will be in production at that point. As for changes in the shipping address, generally, I cannot change the address after 12 hours from purchase but you may still contact me and I'll try my best to have it re-routed (no guarantees)

Due to the fact that these are printed to order, no returns will be accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size purchase, or from failure to read the product description properly. Please read the sizing guides carefully.
In some circumstances, refunds will be issued (e.g. product defects, missing parcel.)
Changes of address must be given within 12hrs of purchase, after this time period it is not guaranteed that it can be redirected.
