This high quality oil is a preferable culinary or cosmetic ingredient due to its naturally occurring essential fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamin content. Extra virgin pumpkin seed oil is valued for its rich nutritional composition, which makes it an excellent choice for cosmetic use.

Applications:
Salad dressings, cooking oil, dipping oil for bread, marinades or even as a complimentary drizzle on desserts. It may also be used in cosmetics as an ingredient in skin creams, lotions, balms and massage oils. Apply this vegan face oil every morning and night to clean, slightly damp skin instead of a moisturizer. Wet hair and massage warm oil into your scalp. Once applied, wrap your hair and head in a hot towel. Sit with the wrap on for at least 20 minutes. Remove towel, then shampoo, condition, and style. You can also take straight pumpkin seed oil. You can take 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon three times per day.
