SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

We need 3-5 business days to complete your order, and standard delivery to the USA takes about 7-10 business days, to other countries in standard terms it takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination. But you can always choose express delivery, and receive your order in 2-4 business days. Also, we draw your attention to the fact that we do not depend on and can not affect delays during holidays and customs delays.

After sending your order, you will receive a delivery notification to your e-mail, in your ETSY account you can find your order and see the track number, please kindly, track your package until you receive a notification that it has arrived at the department you need. If you want us to sew products according to exactly your parameters - then according to the rules of Etsy, as well as our store, all handmade items cannot be returned and exchanged, since they are made entirely according to your individual parameters, with the exception of loss or defects in the post office. We also draw your attention that a refund cannot be made if the items arrive later than you needed according with to customs and post office delays, please use express shipping if you have tight time, so you will be sure that the items

We do not accept cancellations, because your order goes to work on the same day, and also because we pay a huge commission for each transaction on Etsy and PayPal, and this percentage is not refunded to sellers. When we sewing our products, we use own professional patterns, so that the product in 99% of cases, perfectly sits on the figure. To make sure that the product fits you perfectly, we ask you to indicate all your measurements. How to do this is described in each listing as a picture. Please be careful when taking measurements to ensure that the product is suitable exactly for you.

Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback until we have had a chance to resolve the issue! Please do not leave feedback based on your experience with the post office and/or shipping times and not our product or service. As much as we would love to control the postal service and deliver your items within our timeframe, we simply can't tell them how fast to deliver it and it is their responsibility.
