- The wood letters are 1/4” thick and painted to the color of your choice. The sides of the letters will not be painted and will be dark. The letters are attached to 1/2” birch plywood.
- You can order just a first name only, or a first and middle name for this listing.
- Your sign is fully customizable with regards to lettering color, fonts and stain color. If the font and/or color is not specified, we will default to the same ones as shown in the main listing photo.
- The signs are measured by the width - from the very left point of the sign to the very right point of the sign and the height of your sign will vary depending on the name and font picked. For example, name signs with a lot of letters will not be as tall as names with only a few letters. Please reach out if you would have any questions about the height.

🌸 PLEASE NOTE: Due to the lighting in the photos, along with the way that each monitor displays color, the stain may be a bit lighter or darker in person. Each sign is also unique, so the wood used can also determine the lightness/darkness of the stain. Wood grain and stain uptake can differ across different pieces of wood and are generally different from the digital mockup website. 🌸 MOCK UPS:
Please visit our website to use the mockup preview tool before ordering to make sure that you like the choices that you pick! You are able to view all the fonts and colors to see which combination you like best, but you will not be able to see the outline around the name on the mockup tool.
A mockup or proof can be provided after purchase, but only if requested. Requesting a proof will add 2-3 days production time. Delayed approvals will also cause a delay in shipping times.

🌸 HANGING:
The signs come with detached hangers (in a red ziploc bag) that can be attached with a screwdriver or a drill, for easy hanging!

Your sign will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap and double walled cardboard boxing to ensure it arrives without any damage.

If you do receive a damaged sign, please notify me immediately, and ensure that you keep all packaging, including the box, and bubble wrap. Photos will be required of the packaging in order to make a damage claim with the carrier, and the carrier may also need to inspect the damaged item and packaging.

Lastly, I will also require photos of the damaged item, and I will immediately replace it at no extra cost to you.

All products are shipped via either UPS Ground or Canada Post. If you’d like faster shipping, please feel free to contact us for a quote.

* Our 48-hour ship times are for unpainted products only. If you’d like your item painted, it will be an additional 72 business hours, which allows the paint to have sufficient time to dry before packaging.

** Please note that we cannot control operating hours of the carrier service. We will have the product out of our hands within 48 hours; but, if the carrier service isn’t running due to it being a Sunday/Holiday, then your item will ship at their next available convenience.

For any signs shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Nunavut, you will need to contact me prior to ordering, as additional shipping charges will incur.
If you do place an order without contacting me first, when your order is ready to be shipped, I will contact you to collect the additional shipping charges. The order will not be sent until those charges are paid in full.

For any larger signs shipping to NL, MB, PE, NB, SK, NT, NU, YT (or any very rural areas in Canada), you may need to pay for additional shipping charges.
