Custom and personalised orders

I would be happy to work with you on a specific color palette should we not have one that matches your little ones space. I would also be happy to work with alphabets other than English - please just send me a PM.

Our embroidery hoops are 6 inches / 15cm. The name is roughly 10cm long. For longer names the font will be a little smaller, and I will contact you with solutions if the name is not fitting correctly.

If your linen hoop gets dirty please just do a spot wash. They should never be machine washed. If it is beyond repair please contact me to send it back and I can replace the embroidery in it for you. You would be responsible for covering postage of the hoop back to me, and of postage of the replacement back to you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our products are wrapped in brown paper for shipping. We also offer the option for you to add on a beautiful hand painted floral gift tag made using recycled or handcrafted paper. Please let me know if you have and specific requests around gift wrapping and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Most domestic and international orders are posted tracked with AusPost. The tracking number will be provided to you upon shipping confirmation. If you require faster delivery please upgrade to express shipping. FOR US SHIPPING: I am currently using a courier service that offers DDP meaning that all tariffs and fees are paid for by me, and will be delivered to you with the tariff already paid :) The courier service also allows for much faster shipping, however it more expensive. Once AusPost allows for shipping to the US again I will move back to shipping with them, which will see a decrease in shipping price. We have not been advised as to the timeline for this.

Where are products made and what is the country of origin?

All items are made by me, in Australia and are considered to be manufactured in Australia. The country of origin is Australia, which is noted on shipping labels. If you have concerns around tariffs when ordering from America please reach out and I will do my best to assist.

Do you have different font options? I received my order and don't love the font as much as I thought I would, what solutions do you offer?

I am always happy to work with you to find the perfect font for your little one's name. I know how much effort goes into selecting the perfect name so its super important to me that it is displayed perfectly for you! All my hoops have a chart to help you see how each letter will be stitched out. Please reach out to me with any changes you might want to make either before or immediately after placing an order. If your order arrives and you would like to make changes to the design and / or font please reach out to me and we can come up with a solution! Please note that any changes to design will attract additional postage charges.

There is an issue with my tracking status. My order arrived by was damaged in the post, what should I do?

Don't stress! We can sort this out :) Please reach out to me with images of the packaging and the product. I will be able to assess if it would be best to go through the post office or Etsy to get a refund for the amount of your order. We can then choose to reorder and remake your hoop, or you can accept the refund option. If your order states it has arrived however you haven't received it please reach out to me and we can explore what options are available.

Every piece is mama made by me. I put the same love and care into your order as I put into thing items I make for my own babies (well more if I’m honest). Because of this I’m always able to cater to custom requests to ensure your item is personalized and perfect for you! I am mostly able to cater to these requests without any additional charge.

All our embroidery is done using premium threads and pure linen. the linen is a beautiful beige brown, complimented beautifully by a warm brown thread for your little ones name. This listing doesn’t include variations, however I would be more than happy to customize it to your preferred color palette - please just reach out!
