Do not buy from this seller! Did not receive my item and when I challenged this told me as I cannot provide the name of the driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel they cannot help me further, after speaking to Royal Mail they told me they can refund the seller as the parcel got delivered to the wrong address and can confirm that by GPS, seller didn’t cooperate and refused unless I provided the delivery drivers name & have had to contact my bank to reverse the charges! Never received such awful customer service from a company! Do not use this company!

The parcel was delivered with photographic evidence showing your door and house number, along with GPS data and a recorded signature. You later claimed it wasn’t your address, offering a detailed explanation and stating a postal worker, “Jezza,” would support your account. However, no full name was provided for Royal Mail to verify, and no statement was given to support the claim. Incorrect claim numbers and unverified Royal Mail staff names were also supplied. I had no intention of responding publicly, but when our business is portrayed unfairly, transparency is necessary. Our consistently excellent reviews and strong sales record reflect the standards and service we maintain.
