This warranty does not apply to stones that are larger than 0.1ct or diamond slice rings that have cracked (diamond slices are thin and fragile, and can crack easily if not worn with extra care). This warranty will be voided if the jewelry is altered in any way by another jeweler (including but not limited to resizing, resetting a stone, etc.).

I researched these diamonds extensively and my options for buying a lose stone or a premade ring. I got the best of both worlds with this seller. As my luck goes, the stone I chose broke during setting. That particular stone had many icy inclusions throughout along with the black carbon deposits and I believe the icy inclusions negatively impacted the integrity of the diamond. The second stone I chose has minimal of the latter and is heavy on the black carbon swirls and speckling. The seller worked with me as I went through all the disappointing emotions of finding a replacement diamond which I thought to be impossible because I am extremely picky with a specific taste and esthetic desire. Eventually one spoke to me and they were quick to get it set and shipped. It has arrived and it is stunning. 10 out of 10.
