Why does my tracking info not update?

To keep shipping cost to a minimum, certain orders are shipped first class letter. Etsy will assign a tracking number to the order however, this number is not a USPS number and often times never gets scanned by the post office. Your shipment should still arrive between 3 to 5 business days.

My item says delivered but I cannot find it, Help!

Don't panic, USPS will often mark items as delivered and your item will arrive the following business day! please contact me for any missing packages beyond three business days after item was marked delivered.
