The ring is stunning and exactly as described, they even resized it for me so it would fit a stone I already had. I cannot fault the product at all, it’s gorgeous and I love it so much. I did have a bit of an issue with delivery however. It took over 3 months for the ring to arrive, after the initial delivery period that was stated had passed, I reached out several times to enquire as to the status of my order, each time there was a very polite response - that it was taking longer than usual because of the resizing, that it had been made in the wrong metal and had to be remade etc. it was frustrating that I had to be the person to keep asking for an update, rather than the seller being more proactive about it. I was offered a partial refund as a way of an apology though which was really appreciated.
