Gift Wrap & Gift Note

BiCoastal Treasures does not provide gift wrapping at this time. We are always happy to include a Gift Note with your order. It is buyer's responsibility to include the name of the person receiving the gift and a personal greeting to the receipent. If there is no gifting information provided order is shipped without a gift note. No packing slip is included in boxes marked as "Gift"

Buyer Input Incorrect Mailing Address

BiCoastal Treasures can edit address prior to shipping the order. Please email t shop owner with the correct address. If the shop owner has already shipped the order, the shop owner is unable to redirect a box in transit with a shipper. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the additional shipping incurred to secure the box.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

Etsy will send shipping confirmation email, it contains the package tracking number. Buyer assumes responsibility for tracking the package & securing possession of the package at the predicted time of delivery. If the buyer is unable to be present to accept delivery buyer can arrange a hold through shipper or buyer can request signature upon delivery for additional fee. Please let us know if you would like signature receipt prior to order. If a package is lost, stolen or missing buyer can contact shipper, call Etsy at 844-659-3879, & email BiCoastal Treasures through Etsy email. There is no insurance coverage for a lost, stolen, or missing box. Bicoastal is not responsible for Lost, Stolen or Missing packages.

Item Arrives Damaged or Broken

BiCoastal Treasures packs items carefully to ensure your order arrives without damage. BiCoastal Treausres has no control over the box after handing off box to a qualified shipper, there are steps in place in order to recoup damages due to shipping. The buyer has the following responsibility to recoup losses due to damage in shipping: All correspondence should be through Etsy email. Email BiCoastal Treasures with details of item purchased and damage that has occurred. You must attach a picture of the box, a picture of the damaged item in the wrapping, and a picture of the item out of the wrapping.
