Is there any way to to put the actual time and date?

There is a button on the right side of the watch, pull it out a little bit and turn it to adjust the date. To adjust the time, pull it out again and turn the knob. When you've adjusted the time/date please push it back in.

How do you remove links out of the watches?

Hi, We recommend that you take it to a jeweler to adjust the size, so that the size will fit and the watch will not be damaged.
