All custom and personalised items are unfortunately non-refundable.

SILK ROBES - our bridal/bridesmaid silk satin lace robe do come up slightly smaller, if you are between sizes, please go a size up. COTTON ROBES - these are true to size.

If your package has arrived and you are missing items or the items are damaged please let us know within 3 working days of delivery. To work with you to resolve these issues we will need photos of the packaging and any damaged items. If your item is returned by the shipper we will contact you. We will confirm your details with you and require you to pay additional postage to resend your order. We will retain your items 28 days. For international orders, if you wish to track your package whilst it travels to your location you must chose the tracked

Can you combine shipping costs?

We are happy to combine shipping costs. We work hard to make sure our shipping costs are accurate however when you add many items to your cart the shipping amount can start to add up! If you find this happening please get in touch. Just let us know what you plan to order, where you would like it to be sent and the delivery time frame you had in mind and we will reach out to the shippers to bring the costs down for you.

For robes without any personalisation, we will gladly accept returns if the item is UNUSED, still in the exact packaging, with all labels attached. You are responsible for paying returned postage, and once we deem the items are eligible for the return, you will be refunded.
