For example, a bundle containing 5 separate collections provides a 5,000-unit allowance for each collection, rather than one shared limit for the entire bundle.

A collection refers to a distinct graphics collection included in the purchased product, not a group of graphics independently selected or rearranged by the buyer.

If you create a product using graphics from multiple collections, each distributed unit counts toward the allowance of every collection used.

Purchasing the same collection multiple times does not increase its commercial use allowance.

You may create finished physical products such as:

T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, greeting cards, invitations, stickers, stationery, packaging, home decor, printed artwork, and other physical merchandise.

𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐒

You may use my graphics to create finished digital products, such as printable wall art, invitations, planners, greeting cards, worksheets, and other completed designs.

However, the following conditions apply:

Original graphics may not be redistributed, shared, or offered for download, either for free or for sale. This applies to individual graphics, complete collections, and modified versions of the original artwork.

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, such as additional graphics, typography, text, illustrations, layouts, or other creative elements contributed by you.

Simply recoloring, resizing, cropping, rearranging, or making minor modifications to my graphics does not constitute sufficient original design work.

Finished digital products must not allow customers to extract, download separately, or reuse my original graphics as independent design resources.

Creating or selling clipart, seamless patterns, digital papers, or other reusable graphic resources using my artwork is not permitted, even when combined with additional elements.

The template includes your own meaningful creative design work.

My graphics are incorporated into the finished design, for example, by being flattened or merged with the background or other design elements.

End customers cannot select, extract, download separately, or reuse my graphics as individual design elements.

Customers may personalize the finished template, such as editing text or other permitted elements, but must not receive independent access to my original artwork.

This limit applies to the total number of finished products sold or distributed, not the number of different designs you create.

For example, you could sell:

- 1,500 greeting cards
- 1,500 T-shirts
- 1,000 digital invitations
- 1,000 printable planners

Each physical item counts as one unit. Each digital product copy sold, downloaded, or otherwise distributed counts as one unit. Free distributions also count toward the allowance.

The license is granted to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

Each distinct collection has its own commercial use allowance, including separate collections purchased together in a bundle.

Purchasing the same collection multiple times does not increase its commercial use allowance.

The license has no expiration date.

The license does not grant exclusive rights to the artwork.

Commercial use rights apply only to finished products that comply with all the terms of this policy.

An Extended Commercial License increases the permitted production quantity but does not remove restrictions on redistribution of original graphics or the creation of competing graphic resources.

For purchases made before a change to this policy, the license terms applicable at the time of purchase remain in effect.
