Yes! We DO accept Custom design requests. This means that you can message us and describe your ideas and we will work with you to bring your vision to life! After you approve the design, New listings will be created for you to purchase the item(s) you helped create! Examples: *An item we already have in our shop but you want to add something to it like a name, a quote or other text? *Blanket with your own specific photo(s) on it? *Mug with a specific quote you really love? *Journal designed around something you can picture in your head *Any idea at all We've got your back! Anything you might need- Just send us a message! Whatever it is, We absolutely LOVE collaborating with our customers. We want you to be happy!

When it's necessary for certain apparel items or other items that require specific instructions- Care instructions can always be found within the ITEM DESCRIPTION of any given listing. If you are ever curious about whether or not you should be doing something specific to care for your items, please message us! We are happy to have a chat and let you know if you need to be doing anything special.

Why don't you offer Returns or Exchanges?

Because of the nature of what we do here at Lilith Moon Studios, our products are made-to-order specifically for you. We do not have giant warehouses with items waiting to be shipped; we send orders to production after you've submitted your order so that you get fresh-off-the-press items delivered straight to your door. We take pride in the quality of our products and take the time to inspect each item before dispatch. Rest assured that your items will arrive exactly how they are listed and described within our shop. With that being said- we are a small business run by actual humans. I know! Who woulda thunk? - But all jokes aside, small mistakes can happen, so if you have any issues- Send us a message and we will do our best to fix it.

Why can't you make a design of my favorite Show/Band?

This is a very common question we get. We receive requests for designs containing images from TV shows, cartoons, bands, etc... and we have to decline them. It's the law! Trademark and Copyright laws are very strict. We cannot accommodate such design requests because we do not legally have the right to do so. We could have our entire business shut down for engaging in such a thing. Our Shop is focused more on the general beauty of things and on personalization to fit people's aesthetics. General designs like certain colors and styles that we are within our legal rights to sell. All of the designs in our shop are completely legal, licensed designs that either we created in-house or we bought the rights to.

Will my entire order ship all together at the same time?

Good Question! Sometimes, if you order more than one "type" of item from us, we may ship them at different times so that you get everything faster instead of having to wait. For example, you order 2 Journals and a Throw Blanket. Your Journals are finished printing before your Blanket- so we ship them out immediately while your Blanket is being finished. Don't worry! You will NOT be charged for shipping when this happens. We cover the cost of shipping and you will also receive tracking numbers for EVERY package that is sent to you. We will always message you in the event that your items are shipping at different times so that you know not to panic when a package arrives and everything isn't there.
