Our shirt designs are available on any color shown on the manufacturer's color chart. If you would like to see the design shown on another color choice, message us. We will send a proof & create the product on the color you desire. Please understand, we usually create several design options but not all designs are formatted for use on every color shown. (A design created for a light background may not show up clearly on a darker background and vice-versa.)

FINDING YOUR CORRECT SIZE:
Unisex shirts are laid out flat on a hard surface then measured with a fabric measuring tape. If you don’t have a fabric measuring tape you can use a string then lay it flat on a straight ruler. Starting and ending measurement points are shown on the sizing chart photo.
FOR WIDTH: start 1” below the underarm seam and measure straight across to the other underarm seam for the shirt widths.
FOR LENGTH: start at the side collar seam and measure down to the bottom hem for shirt lengths.
FOR SLEEVE LENGTHS: For short-sleeve tees start at the shoulder seam then follow down to the bottom of the cuff for sleeve lengths. For long sleeve tees, hoodies and sweatshirts start in the center of the collar on the back of the shirt measure across to the shoulder seam then continue down the arm to the cuff for sleeve lengths. Raglan ¾ sleeve lengths are measured from the side collar seam down to the bottom of the cuff.
We suggest measuring your favorite t-shirt following the instructions shown above. Then compare your measurements to the provided sizing chart to find the best fit for you.

We do our very best to keep all colors & sizes listed in stock. If we are out of stock for the size or color you've chosen you will be given the option to choose another color. We 100% understand if you don’t wish to change your color choice, we may require a few additional days to source the same color or similar item, print & ship.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS provided by the manufacturer:
• Machine wash inside out in cold/warm water with like colors.
• Non-chlorine bleach only, as needed.
• Tumble dry low/medium or hang to dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
• Wash according to the care instructions shown on the product's tag.

WHEN ORDERING PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Please use CAPITAL letters so there are no mistaking letters for your requested text.
→ To personalize one of our designs that already includes text. Include the name(s), city, state, destination, team, event, date, or sports number. (Example: Girl's Trip 2022, Just chillin' on the beach, Destin, Florida, Johnson Family Reunion, Dave's Birthday Bash, Chandler #32 Wildcats)
→ To personalize designs that do NOT already include text. Add your requested words, text color(s), text style (block or script), and text format (top, bottom, left or right side, under, over, back, or front). A photo with hand-drawn idea additions would be great.
→ Fonts & design color changes are available, feel free to ask.
→ You will receive a PROOF; all designs must be approved BEFORE we print or ship.
→ PLEASE double-check your proof for spelling errors. Product fits can sometimes differ & be regular, loose, or tight. PLEASE double-check the product sizing chart measurements.
→ ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS! We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we are unlikely to resell a personalized item or to recoup the product, production, or shipping costs. Therefore, our all sales are final policy for personalized items is firm.

MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING:
• All products are printed to order & shipped 1-2 business days after purchase.
• General arrival times to you are usually 3-5 business days after purchase. Shipping times will vary according to your distance from Georgia.
• We offer FREE standard shipping in the USA.
• Expedited shipping is usually available; the additional charges must be approved and will be added to your order. (We would still require 1 business day for production & to ship.)
• Be sure to double-check your shipping address. If your shipping address is listed incorrectly, we have no way of knowing that it is wrong. We can’t be held responsible for shipping delays due to address re-routing.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your package ships.
• If your order consists of multiple items, to expedite your order we may ship products in more than one package.
• PLEASE understand…once your package leaves our hands, we are both left at the mercy of the shipping provider. We can only see the same tracking information for the number you were provided. (Believe me, we are just as upset as you when a package is delayed.)
• During the busy holiday season (October-December) please allow extra shipping days for your package to arrive. Any orders received after December 12th is not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
• We understand it can be a challenge to find the perfect size without being able to try items on before purchase. Please carefully review the provided sizing charts & measuring instructions before placing your order.
• We offer a large variety of sizes, colors, styles, and design choices. Therefore, our products are made to order after your completed purchase.
• We do not accept returns for a refund. Per policy, we offer to exchange the same item or one of equal or lesser value only.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for personalized items.
• If you have purchased the wrong size or just changed your mind about your color or design choice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to ship the new unused item back to us at your cost within 14 days of arrival. Once we receive the returned item, we will quickly ship out your replacement.
• If an error was made on our behalf, it will be corrected at no additional charge to you. Eligible errors would include shipping of the wrong item listed on your order form, a noticeable printing flaw, or a product design issue. We request that you contact us including a photo of the error within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and get you the corrected item. In this situation, once approved a return shipping label will be provided for you.
