When do I get my download file?

Links to download are sent immediately after payment is processed and confirmed by Etsy. You should check your junk folder. You can also download your files under your own Etsy account under Your Purchases. Click on your photo when you are logged into Etsy and then on My Purchases

Custom and personalised orders

I am not able to accept custom and personalized design requests or requests for modifications of my designs. I also never use copyright items, characters or logos and do not replicate others designs. If you have a general design request idea, you are welcome to suggest it. If I feel it is a good match for my shop it would be added to my schedule. I’m scheduling multiple weeks out however. Thanks for your support and understanding.

I just see a PDF and I bought a PNG. Where is my file?

The PDF has the link to download your files. Open the PDF and look down about 2/3 of the way for the Download section. Click on the link and save the file to your computer.

How do I download my files? This isn’t the normal Etsy download.

Some files and sets are much too large to put on Etsy. There is a size limit. When this is the case we give you a link to our google drive. Once in the google drive you can right click on the individual files and click download. Or you can click on the arrow beside the folder name and download the folder all at once. Be patient. This will take some time the files are big. Your files will download to your computer Download directory. If you are using another computer than a PC please use help in google drive for the most recent method of downloading a file from google drive.

This is not the file I bought! Now what?

I’m human and sometimes I make mistakes creating my listing. if you are the first to buy a design, you may be the one to discover it! This is usually a copy paste error. So send me a message and I will resolve the issue as soon as I see the message. Bonus for you I let you keep the wrong file too for free. Thanks for your understanding.

I love your design can you tell me the font?

I purchase all commercial license fonts and I have over 1000. I do not provide font names and to be honest at times I may not even remember once the font is welded. So I recommend you use one of your purchased fonts to coordinate with my designs, I cannot share the font. Thanks.

Can you make me this design?

I do not copy other people’s designs. I do not use or replicate any copyrighted items. These are all against copyright law and are not ok to make, sell or use. Thanks for your understanding.

Do you make custom designs?

You are welcome to ask for something as long as it isn’t a replication of another’s design or copyright material. However I will not make one off personalized / custom designs.if I think your request would be a good addition to my shop I may add it to my design list. My list is at least 2-3 weeks out depending on the time of year. Thanks for your understanding.

Can you change this design for me?

I do not make custom changes and tweaks to my designs as I don’t like to have slight variations in my shop and my schedule does not allow it. This includes color change requests and wording change requests. Thanks.

Do you have any help for using your tumbler templates?

Yes! My most up to date help is on https://www.Julabay.com/tumblerhelp I have tutorials on how to measure your tumbler, how to choose the template to start with, how to print your template with free silhouette studio and how I sublimate my tumblers. I also have 2 full waterslide demos. My videos are on how I do mine, I hope that it helps you. I am unable to provide addition help. Please ensure you measure your tumblers and make sure that their taper is good with the tapers I provide. I cannot help you use your software or equipment but provide samples to give you guidance in my YouTube videos.
