My order hasn't arrived

There have been significant delivery delays via USPS and unfortunately some packages are taking up to 3 weeks to arrive. You can use usps.com and enter your tracking number to get the most up to date information on tracking. Please be aware that sometimes packages are not being scanned along the way so it can look lost. I know it is super frustrating and it is for me as a shop too. Refunds will not be issued due to USPS delays and a package is not considered lost until 30 days after date of shipment. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS.

Gentle alcohol swab on the top works. :) Please do not store your badge reel in your car. All adhesives have an optimal temperature and often cars are way too hot!

Custom and personalized orders

I offer custom orders for people who have a design created and are ordering in bulk (20+ items). Thanks for your understanding! ♥️

If you have any issues at all with your order, please reach out to me via Etsy messaging. Sometimes reels are faulty even though I test each one before shipping, if your item breaks or has an issue within 90 days of your order, I'm more than happy to send a replacement. Please send a photo of the damaged item via Etsy messaging and we will work on a solution! :)

I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please send me a message with a photo and I am more than happy to work on a replacement for you. If your badge reel is fault or breaks within 90 days of your order, I will also replace. :)
