What if my package does not arrive on time due to postal delivery?

Unfortunately there is no refund. All orders are shipped in plenty of time to receive by your “Need By Date”. I have no control over postal delivery once it leaves my possession. The only guaranteed delivery service i offer is Express Priority Shipping.

Will I automatically receive assembly instructions with my order?

No, you will not automatically receive assembly instructions with your order. Most customers are familiar with how to assemble their items. If you need instructions, they are gladly provided upon request only.

Will I receive a proof of my order before I receive it?

A proof will be provided if I have a question about your order or need clarification. You’re welcome to request a proof for your order ONLY after your order has been placed.

When will I receive my digital order?

You will receive your order within 1-3 business days.

When will I receive my printed/assembled order?

Depending on your “Need By Date” and size of your order. Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days after order is received. Orders are ALWAYS shipped in plenty of time for you to receive by your NEED BY date. I never guarantee postal delivery times EXCEPT for Express Priority Shipping. Regular shipping is impossible for me to determine once it leaves my possession. A shipping email is emailed to you once your items have shipped with an “Expected Delivery Time”

Will I receive adhesive tape with my order?

Unfortunately No, to keep cost down YOU will have to supply your own tape. Double sided tape is recommended or strong craft tape.
