Acid-Free Buffered TISSUE PAPER: 20" X 30" Sheets

Wrap and protect important documents and textiles using acid-free tissue paper sheets. Designed to provide long-term protection, this tissue paper has been buffered to an alkaline pH and will not deteriorate over time. Ideal for long-term, archival packaging and storage.

Use these treated sheets of acid-free and pH-neutral paper to wrap jewelry items or line gift boxes.
These will greatly reduce tarnish and will ensure stylish, professional-looking packaging.
Note: Due to its large size, the tissue paper will be folded neatly and packaged in 8" x 12" resealable bags

This paper is buffered. A 3% calcium carbonate buffer is added.
The GSM (Grams per Square Meter) is 13. GSM measures the weight of paper. The higher the number, the heavier the paper.
Buffered paper is suitable for plant based items. Unbuffered paper is needed for animal base items ( silk, wool, leather, feathers, animal specimens, horsehair, etc)

This buffering agent will help neutralize acids and prevent acid migration to the objects that the tissue is used to protect. This tissue extends the life of paper, most photographs, some textiles (cotton, linen or jute), artifacts, precious metals and jewelry.

Paper is virtually free of sulfur (less than .0008%) and controlled for moisture; shelf life of these protective qualities is approximately five years.

➽ ➽ IMPORTANT Note: Do not use this tissue paper for storing fabrics and items that are protein-based (genuine silk fabric, silk photographs, wool, leather, feathers, animal specimens, horsehair. etc). This tissue is buffered and experts recommend using unbuffered tissue for those items.💥 💥

This tissue is buffered. Buffered tissue is acceptable for fabrics that are plant based (paper, cotton, linen, hemp, etc)
