This high-performance exhaust port allows you to connect a 3-inch, 4-inch, or IF2/AP2 exhaust hose to your xTool P2 Laser Engraver and provides a spacer for removing the stock internal fan if you desire to do so when using an external fan. Multiple models to choose from: straight or 90-degree and horizontal or vertical orientation!

Fits ONLY the original xTool P2; Does NOT fit the xTool P2S.

HOSE SIZES
3-inch - Fits standard 3" duct hose. (The stock P2 hose is 3")
4-inch - Fits standard 4" duct hose.
IF2/AP2/F1U - Fits the connector on the end of the xTool IF2, AP2, and F1U hoses.

MODULAR EXHAUST SYSTEM (MES) VERSIONS

The "MES" versions are compatible with our Modular Exhaust System Components (See https://www.etsy.com/listing/4316243034/modular-exhaust-system-additional ), which uses the included clamp to connect the included hose end component to the exhaust base. The MES base allows you to connect/insert the components from the Modular Exhaust System to the P2 port, such as a blast gate, extensions, 45 and 90 degree couplers, etc. (sold separately).

Also, the MES version enables you to change to a different hose size in the future by purchasing just the desired inlet hose end from the MES component listing.

The "MES" 90-degree version can be rotated to any angle by loosening the clamp. This version also has a larger internal diameter around the bend.

FEATURE DETAILS

The stock xTool P2 3-inch exhaust port has a screen that restricts airflow and is smaller than the internal fan. Our exhaust port is completely open and free-flowing, with a 25% larger throat diameter matching the internal fan size.

90-degree versions have a 90-degree bend, meaning your exhaust hose can connect at a 90-degree angle to the machine, making routing your hose easier. The exhaust port is also symmetrical, so it can be installed pointing to the left or right (up/down vertical version is also available). This allows maximum airflow around the bend (hose bends restrict air flow, especially when hoses are bent).

The stock 90mm internal xTool fan is rated at a decent 145CFM and is sandwiched between the exhaust port and the machine. However, many users run external inline fans. Our fan spacer allows you to remove the internal fan, keep great airflow, and use your external inline fan. NOTE: The XCS software will give you a "Low Fan Current" warning message if you disconnect the internal fan, to avoid this, turn off the fan setting in the P2 settings when removing the internal fan.

The recessed clamp area (on 3" and 4" versions) ensures a secure clamping of the hose.

This adapter is made from 3D printed micro carbon fiber-filled PLA for high strength and toughness. Hose and clamp are NOT included.
