If you need to check the design renderings, please leave a message within 24 hours. If we do not receive your message, we will directly embroider and ship it to you.If there is no response within three days after sending you the rendering, we will proceed with embroidery directly.

As others have said Mervat was very prompt, and gave a preview of the design which was very helpful if anything needed to be changed :) Only very very small threads on the edges that i had to trim but otherwise it was perfect. My friend cried when she saw it!
