The time it takes to prepare your order varies as I make the earrings, bracelets and necklaces on demand unless stated. I use Royal Mail and occasionally other shipping companies to deliver orders international.

UK- I send orders by Royal Mail TRACKED POST, no need for signature and in most cases the package fits a letter box. Most arrive in 2-3 days but occasionally are delayed.

USA , CANADA, AUSTRALIA, EUROPE and WORLDWIDE- orders are sent by Royal Mail standard airmail that doesn’t include tracking. If you need TRACKING you can purchase during checkout for an extra fee as charged by Royal Mail.

EUROPE: usually between 5 to 10 working days but can take up to 20 or more days due to customs checks.
USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA: usually between 7 to 15 working days, but can take up to 30 days
REST OF THE WORD: usually 10 to 15 working days but can take up to 30 days.

Please understand that once the package is in the hands of Royal Mail, transit times, custom delays, delivery times and lost orders are totally beyond my control. Proof of posting is always obtained.

If you don’t receive your order, unfortunately I can’t automatically replace the items. I can only make a claim for lost items with Royal Mail after 10 days (UK) or 25 days (WORLD) of the shipping date. If the claim is successful and the order considered lost, I will replace the items. I do not refund any orders.

I will send out your order on the address that you provide at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete I am not responsible for the loss of your order and it's not possible to give you a replacement.

I am not responsible for any additional import charges or custom fees. Please check your country customs policies for further information. If you paid custom duties during checkout and are charged again in your country, please contact Etsy. I always supply the correct paperwork to avoid being charged twice.

If a package is returned to me because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the postal service tried to deliver but the package was not claimed or was undelivered for some other reason, I do not offer a refund because it’s not a problem caused by me.
I can resend the order once the postal services send it to me, address has to be confirmed and postage costs will be paid by the customer.

Cancellations are accepted only until the item is shipped. Returns are only accepted for necklaces and bracelets, excludes earrings for hygienic reasons and custom orders. Exchanges are not accepted. Any problem with your order please message me through Etsy.
