THESE BAGS ARE DONE IN ONE HOOPING ON YOUR EMBROIDERY MACHINE.

You will receive a zip file containing the following formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF*, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX

You are responsible for knowing how to unzip and extract machine files and move them to your embroidery machine.


This pattern includes ONLY placement for straps in the center of the bag using webbing or cloth. Any other strap options were customized by the tester and included to show the diversity of the same.

The Lyric Mini Tote is made on an embroidery hoop in only one hooping! There are no raw edges, all seams are concealed. ** The entire bag will be turned to the right side through the front zipper pocket lining.** You will need to close a small 3-4" turning hole using hand sewing, fusible tape, or glue.

The design is digitized to work with both #3 and #5 nylon or polyester zippers.

Due to the close proximity of the top of the zipper pocket lining, adding embroidery to the front panel will require careful measurements. As a result, I recommend adding the embroidery to the panel before construction. The first color stop includes the outline for the applique area so you can estimate embroidery placement.

This bag will work best with interfaced cottons and thin vinyls, but may be accommodating to thicker vinyls depending on your machine.

D-Ring strap connector placement and tack down for the left and right side are included in the event your machine cannot handle stitching through seat belt webbing. You may also make cotton straps on your sewing machine to use, or cotton webbing.

This is an advanced beginner to confident embroider bag. I do not recommend it as your first in-the-hoop project, but you can be successful as long as you go step-by-step.

Also due to the nature of construction, this bag will not have top stitching on the back top. You can add that by a regular sewing machine if desired. The bottom panel wraps to the back to form the back so directional materials are not recommended for that piece.

YOU MUST HAVE AN EMBROIDERY MACHINE TO USE THIS DESIGN

This bag is cotton and thin vinyl friendly.

Further, you are responsible for knowing the limits of your machine. At one point, you will be stitching through up to 4 layers of vinyl and 2 layers of cotton. A 90/14 needle is recommended for construction while you may use a 75/11 for the satin stitching. As this is a digital file, there are no refunds.

You as the consumer are expected to understand basic stabilization efforts for the best results. In addition, understanding how to rotate the design to fit in your hooping system is assumed.
