TEA TOWELS, FABRIC COIN PURSES, POUCHES, TOTES and CUSHION COVERS are hand or gentle machine washable. Cool iron.
As our tea towels are 100% cotton, slight shrinkage may occur

GREETING CARDS, STICKERS, BOOKS & CALENDARS - store in clean dry space out of direct sunlight.

ENAMEL PINS - Are not recommended for children under 5 years and these items contain small parts that may cause injury if used inappropriately.

All online orders are packaged carefully and sustainably to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.

Wherever possible, orders will be shipped plastic free.

BROOCHIES (I'm one too..so I get it!) All care is taken to ensure your brooch is suitably wrapped.

GIFT WRAPPING - We offer a gift wrapping option at the checkout. We use environmentally sustainable gift wrap.

POSTAL DELAYS - are completely out of my control (I have just as much control over Australia Post as you do!) I am not responsible for items delayed during shipping, however I am happy to follow up with Australia Post on your behalf if your item has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
To avoid major delays around Mothers Day, Easter and Christmas we highly recommend orders are placed early and/or purchase our EXPRESS POST upgrade from our store listings.

LOST PARCEL - on the rare occasion Aust Post loses a parcel, a refund will be processed once Aust Post officially declare it "lost"

POSTAGE CHARGES - As a general breakdown postage charges cover; stamps/postage fee, 'Signature on Delivery' service, mailer/box, packaging, Etsy fee and our time. We do not profit off postage.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - AUS orders are sent with "signature on delivery" to ensure your order arrives to you. Should you wish not for this to occur please message me, without tracking we are in unable to assist if a parcel is lost by Australia Post.

SHIPPING FEES - are non refundable on returns or refunded items

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS/FEES - International fees are the responsibility of the customer, please check your country's requirements before ordering

INSURANCE - should you required insurance on your purchase costings are available upon request

Yes - contactless collection can be arranged - (please note there may be some times this offer is unavailable such as public and general holiday periods)

TURN AROUND TIME - We do our best to ship orders out within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays). The stock listed in our Etsy store is already made and ready to ship directly from our home studio (WE DO NOT DROP SHIP)

We can not guarantee delivery times as we have no control over Australia Post

If you are requiring your order by a specific date we highly recommend the following:
- order early
- buy the "EXPRESS POST" item listed in our store (AUS customers only)
- send us a message to see if we can provide any further information
-if placing orders during busy retail seasons such as Easter, Mothers Day, Christmas etc we strongly advise ordering early to avoid disappointment

Occasionally we have a parcel bounce back to us from the courier. This can be due to;
-order not being pick up by the recipient
-changed or incorrect address
*Please double check that the address you type into Etsy is correct before ordering.

If your order does return to us, we will contact you with two options;
1) resend (additional postage costs will apply)
2) cancel and refund of the item/s ordered

If we don't hear back from you within 30 days the order will be cancelled and the item refunded, minus the postage component as shipping has already occurred.

We have FREE SHIPPING offers from time to time. Sales or offers are exclusive to the PIGMENT Monica Reeve Etsy store, are time sensitive and strictly while stocks last. They are not extendable or transferable, and may be canceled at anytime at the owner's discretion.
Eligibility for free shipping is based on the ITEM TOTAL and does not include cost of delivery should items fall below the monetary offer requirements.
"Coupon stacking" is not available on custom orders.
