Custom and personalized orders

Due to the nature of personalized products, Sunnyside Haven does not offer returns on any personalized orders. However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact me so that we can discuss the issue via messages! All personalized items are embroidered with spelling entered in the “notes to seller” on your order. Please double check the spelling and format before placing your order. If this information is not correct, I cannot extend a refund. If an embroidery thread color and font style is not specified, I will choose want looks best. It is very important to me that you love your Sunnyside Haven items, so please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns, or issues!

Can I see a sample of my personalized order?

I am more than happy offer suggestions and/or to provide a digital mock up for a specific font for approval before embroidering - just send me a message!

Cancellations and Changes

Embroidery is the first step in the process of hand making our beautiful items and this step happens almost immediately after the order is placed. There is a very limited window of time to cancel or change orders, so you may contact me to see if the order is eligible for cancel or change.

Lovey and Blankets: Lovies are available in 2 sizes: - 14”x14” - 17”x17” Blankets are available in two sizes: Baby: 26”x35” Toddler/Child: 35”x53”. If you have a custom size for a lovey or blanket in mind, please just reach out and we can discuss options! Bibs: The bandana bib is one size and fits most babies newborn - 12M. The personalized bib is available in 3 sizes: Infant (1-4M), Baby (5-12M), and Toddler (12-24+M). To offer the best possible fit, all bibs are adjustable to 3 sizes with the KAM snap closures. Other items: - Personalized hats fit most babies newborn – 3M - Hooded towels are generously sized, measuring approximately 30”x30” - Burp cloths are also generously sized measuring 9 ¾”x22 ½”

Lovey and Blankets: Machine wash cold with no fabric softner. Machine dry with LOW/NO HEAT. All other items: Machine wash and machine dry. To insure the highest quality finished product, all cotton fabrics are pre-washed for shrinkage using Dreft Newborn detergent. (Minky is not prewashed because there is no risk of shrinkage.)

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like to include a gift message in the package, please mark “This item is a gift” during checkout. Then, include your message in the “Gift Message” box. I will write your message on a complimentary gift card. Please remember to include your name! Gift wrapping is also available and can be added at checkout. Your gifts will be thoughtfully arranged in a gift box with tissue paper wrapped in a yellow plaid wrapping paper, and embellished with a felt sunflower. Christmas wrapping is available upon request – please send me a message if you would like this option! The Christmas wrapping paper features a tree farm scene with a vintage red truck, along with a red bow, coordinating tissue paper and a gift tag.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale is available upon request and will be provided on a case by case basis. The same is true for companies who are interested in creating custom gift packages with corporate discounts. Please reach out to me for details.

Items will be prepped and ready to ship within 3-7 business days and shipped via USPS. The free shipping that I provide is for domestic USPS First Class only. USPS Priority mail can be added at checkout. Upgrades or rush orders and expedited shipping are available – please reach out in a message prior to placing your order and I can advise with which option(s) you will need to add to your purchase. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email address. After your package arrives at the post office, standard delivery time is usually 2-5 days. However, once the package has shipped, I am no longer responsible for any delays.

Upon receipt of an order, each item is custom-styled for size and personalization.
Your blanket will be prepped and ready to ship within 7-14 business days via USPS. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email address. After your package arrives at the post office, standard delivery time is usually 2-3 days.
