Text is missing from my design

The text is white and you can't see it unless you apply the design on a background that is NOT white (white on white can't be visible).

Custom and personalized orders

All my files come in SVG & PNG formats and these are usually inside an archive. You will have to open the archive and extract the files on your computer and then inside the SVG/PNG folders you will find your files and you can upload them in your software easily.

Where do I download my files from Etsy?

Go on Etsy.com and click your profile picture on the top right corner and go into > Purchases & Reviews and you will be able to download them from there (sometimes you will have to wait a few minutes for the files to become available). If you can't download them after 5 - 10 minutes, reach out to me and I will send them to you via email.
