Damaged Item On Delivery

If you receive your item damaged, we are more than happy to send you a replacement, we will need a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can put a claim in from our carriers before we can send out the replacement. All damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery

As our print and frames are made to order we are unable to accept returns for unwanted prints. Please be sure you want your print before ordering as we won't be able to issue you with a refund if you decide you no longer want it. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of fraudulent claims for refunds, this is now our refund policy without any exceptions.

Incorrect Delivery Address's

Please check your address or a recipients address, we can't offer free replacement orders if you have put the wrong address on your order. We'll do our best to update the address before sending but our printing system is automated and they are often labelled and packed before you get a despatch email, we send out 100's each week and its impossible to find a individual order. We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the wrong address was wrong when you ordered. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of claims for refunds, this is now our address policy without any exceptions.

We offer digital files of our prints for personal use only. We cannot offer refunds on digital prints so please decide if you really want your print before ordering as we won't issue a refund if you change your mind.

Unfortunately we can't control the carriers once the item leaves us. Delays with shipping and customs do happen and we are unable to issue refunds unless your item has classified as lost by the carrier.

We are now no longer accepting cancellations. all our orders are pushed automatically to our ordering system and are automatically bulk printed and then packed. Even though your order may not show as despatched it will have been sent to the print queue. We have had to take this stance due to the high number of cancelled orders which have been printed and costs associated from our side.

All frames come with shatterproof styrene framers glass, which is just as clear as glass if not even clearer but won't have the risk of getting broken in the post.

All our canvases are approx 2cm deep (0.8") and have the design wrapped around the sides.

We use FSC stretcher bars and 325gsm cotton canvas.
