An exciting version of black eyed Susan’s with red, pink, caramel and copper!
Black Eyed Susan’s are actually in the Sunflower family!
They have long been used as a medicinal herb by Native Americans. Not all parts of the plant are edible though.
Black Eyed Susan (in regards to Rudbeckia Hirta,) is a short live perennial; Meaning it will live for 2-5 years. However, because it very easily re-seeds, it is often referred to as a standard perennial as plants are slowly replaced by new plants.
This is for 25 seeds
Grows to 1-2 feet tall. Looks amazing planted in bunches for a wildflower meadow feel.
Hardy to zones 3-9
Plant in spring or summer in cooler climates.
Fall or winter in particularly warm climates.
