Parcels unclaimed by the clients (post office or customs) shipped back to us additional shipping costs will need to be paid for by the buyer to re-ship the item.
The shipping cost will not be refunded if the item is shipped back to us as unclaimed, wrong address, etc...
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. The returned item will be put up for sale in our shop again unless the buyer requests it to be reshipped at their own expense.

Due to disruptions from Covid-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may arrive with a significant delay.

We only send in registered mail with tracking number.
Information about the delivery status (available until the departure from Portugal and in the countries that provide this information).
Outside of Europe we send in registered mail with tracking number and with proof of delivery.

Non-delivery of items must be reported within 28 days of the order being placed.
Parcels unclaimed by the clients (post office or customs) shipped back to us will be refunded (minus shipping costs and/or any customs costs, -15% restocking fee) only if the items are returned in their original condition.

If an item turns up damaged during the transportation, I cannot be held responsible but will do what I can to help.
You must immediately present the article, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received in damaged condition and/or with missing contents to a Post Office for inspection.
