What type of files do you sell?

I sell high-quality digital files designed for junk journals and creative projects. These include: • Clipart: 12x12 inches, 300dpi (ideal for printing and resizing). • Junk Journal Files: Available in 8.5x11 inches or 8.5x5.5 inches, all at 300dpi for crisp, professional-quality printing.

What does 300dpi mean?

DPI stands for "dots per inch," which measures the resolution of an image. 300dpi is the standard for high-quality printing, ensuring your printed designs are clear and sharp.

How do I download the images/files?

You can download your files either by going to the 'Purchases and reviews' section of your Etsy account or from the email that you would have received, directly from Etsy, after your purchase was completed. To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Can I resize the images?

Yes! Since all files are 300dpi, they can be resized smaller without losing quality. However, please be aware that enlarging them may reduce clarity.

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

The files can be used for both personal and commercial purposes. The commercial use terms are noted in each listing description. If you have any questions regarding commercial use, please send me a message and I’ll be more than happy to clarify.

What programs can I use to open the files?

Most files are in JPEG or PNG format and can be opened with popular programs like Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Canva, or even basic photo viewers.

Do you offer refunds?

As these are digital downloads, Etsy does not permit refunds. However, if you have any issues with your files, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to assist!

What if I need a custom size or design?

I am currently unable to accommodate any custom design requests.
