Where can I find sizing / color information?

With most of our listings, the sizing and colors available are within the image stream of the listing. If you cannot find a size chart, please contact us! We would love to help. If a listing is described as "unisex" in the sizing drop down, also known as "mens", its best to size down one (as a woman) for the best fit!

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, please contact us and send a photo of the damaged goods to our inbox.

How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If customers would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at buyers expense by placing a new order.
