We use generally Correos de España for shipping. The package need between 4-20 business days to be delivered (depending where in the world you live!) We use quality and safe companies for our shipment because we want that you get your article as fast as possible and without troubles. We will send you the tracking number of your article as soon as we have posted your item. Nevertheless customs can slow things down a lot. We appreciate your patience.

*We are not responsible for the loss, damage and/or delay caused by the postal services. In case of loss, damage or delay, the buyer must deal directly with their local services by using the Tracking Number provided by us after the shipping.

*Note that there can be delays at busy holiday seasons like Christmas because of heavy postal traffic so it’s better to place the order in advance.

*It is the buyers responsibility to pay additional import taxes, custom fees, duties and additional postal fees associated with shipping for overseas after the item reaches their respective country.

*Please make sure that your delivery address is correct! We will not be responsible for items which are not delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

We recommend to inform the postal service if you are not at home so that the delivery can arrive at it´s destination. If the delivery fails and your package returns to us because you left a wrong address, we will send your package again to the correct address if you agree to pay again for the shipping cost.

If products return to us in perfect conditions because you left us a wrong address, and you do not want to receive it again, we will send your payment back but the shipping fees and additional costs like Etsy and PayPal fees will not be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges

We try to work with everyone and hope you will carefully read the descriptions, look closely at the photos and email us if you have any questions or doubts whatsoever. We rarely have return requests but the general rule is that we accept returns for serious errors in descriptions, ONLY. Items
must be returned in their original condition.
