We use DHL Express and UPS worldwide shipping, it will be 3-5 business days and it is trackable. These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including the time of manufacturing.

RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept refunds on undamaged goods up to 14 days after delivery in the original packaging (Lucy’s Fine Jewelry box or pouch), **EXCEPT** on personalized items. Contact us within 5 days from the delivery date. Please ship items back within 14 days from the *delivery date.

How To Return:
Send us a message and we will give you shipping details according to countries and a return address. Pack your unworn undamaged jewelry back into packaging, please ship it the way you got it! Include the order number with the product. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of an exchange. Once shipped please send us the tracking number.

Lucy’s Fine Jewellery pieces are handcrafted by 15-30 years of experienced craftsmen in our London Studio and made to order. Please allow 4 - 8 business days for manufacturing (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. Need it sooner? Just ask and we will let you know if it's possible or not. Please send us a convo.

You can cancel your order in the first 48 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

💎All of our diamonds are 100% natural. Not enhanced or treated in any way. Most of our gemstones are natural. Some are enhanced and clearly and visibly stated in the listings.

We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful. I will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead start production on the piece.
