1. IKEA Compatibility & Measurements

We do NOT sell IKEA furniture — only decorative overlays, wall panels, lighting, and custom interior upgrades. IKEA sizes may vary between the US, Canada, and Europe. Please do not rely only on IKEA website dimensions because those often show overall furniture size. We need the exact FRONT drawer, door, or surface measurements. Use a ruler or tape measure. If your model is not listed in our shop or you have furniture from another brand, send us your measurements for a custom order.

Most furniture overlays already include pre-installed 3M double-sided tape. Simply remove the protective film and install the panel. Many wall panel customers also use silicone adhesive for stronger long-term installation. Some customers use micro pins or a nail gun. Most projects do not require drilling. Panels can also be carefully trimmed with a utility knife if needed. Many customers use our products for DIY upgrades and rental-friendly projects.

3. Materials, Colors & Samples

We use real natural oak veneer or alder veneer depending on the selected color. This is NOT PVC, laminate, plastic, stickers, or fake wood imitation. Slightly darker edges are a normal part of natural wood production. White finishes may still show subtle natural wood texture. If you want to compare materials or colors before placing a larger order, sample sets are available.

All products are handmade in Ukraine. Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days, while larger custom projects may require additional production time. Shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your country. Tracking updates may temporarily pause during international transit between countries and sorting centers.

US orders are usually shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so buyers typically do not pay additional import taxes. European orders under 135 EUR often pay VAT during checkout through Etsy. Orders above that amount may have customs fees depending on local regulations. Canadian orders may also require additional taxes. Customs charges are separate from shipping costs.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 days if production has not started. Since many products are custom-made, production often begins quickly. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery if items have not been installed, damaged, or modified. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Wall Panels & Slats

We create slats, wave panels, chevron panels, half circles, geometric panels, cube panels, TV wall panels, headboard panels, accent walls, and fully custom wall projects. Our panels are used in bedrooms, living rooms, offices, restaurants, hotels, Airbnb properties, retail spaces, and commercial interiors. Standard sizes are available, and custom panels can be produced up to 138 cm (54.3 inches) long depending on the design.

Our wooden chandeliers arrive disassembled for safer international shipping. Most include a cable that is usually 1–1.5 meters long. Larger chandeliers may weigh 6–8 kg and may require multiple ceiling mounting points. If you need a longer cable, it can be purchased locally. Professional electrician installation is recommended if needed.
