Any item purchased from our shop can be returned (unless indicated at the time of purchase as Non-Returnable). Returns are accepted, as long as you possess the physical receipt of your order (included in the package when you received your order) and the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in their original undamaged packaging. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Before returning an item, you must send us a message.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall be send back. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. As soon as we receive it back we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about and we will issue the respective refund. Please note that the initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

All shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. In this case we take full responsibility for any shipping costs involved in the return at our expense. We will then send back the correct item at the shipping address you have indicated to us.
