How do I get my files?

Why can't I view my files? I think this file is damaged.

SVG and DXF file types will not show in a computers finder. Once loaded into a paper cutting software (ie: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio), they will be just as expected.

Why are all of the lines cutting? Shouldn't some score?

You will need to change the top layer from cut to score. Unfortunately, I am unable to set those for you, but it's a simple step that I've made even easier with a video on my YouTube channel! Can I make this file larger?

Most files are set to cut as large as will fit the 12" x 12" cutting mat and paper. Check the item description for more specific information.

Will this work with my 3D printer? What about my standard printer?

I accidentally purchased this, can I have a refund?

If no files have been downloaded and you contact me within 3 hours of purchase, I will cancel your order. Due to the nature of digital files, a refund cannot be made if the files have been downloaded.

What type of paper do you recommend?

I typically work with 65lb cardstock because it's super easy to find at the local craft store, but I recommend 90lb if you can find it!

The SVG file will not load in Silhouette Studio.

SVG files only work for Silhouette with the upgraded Designer Series software. If you do not have that software, the DXF version will work for your Silhouette.

May I sell physical versions of your SVGs?

No. All files are for personal use only. These are all original designs by Hooray Paper and commercial licenses are not available. My templates, along with any products created from templates, are not for resale. My designs are protected by copyright law. They may not be altered and resold as your own. Unauthorized use, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.
