Icons may be offset and not always centered depending on the length of the text.
Printing area is only approximately 1 cm, so some of the details may not be clearly visible on the ribbon.
If your name starts with an 'A', 'G', 'I', 'J' or 'T', we recommend a more standard style of font as these letters can look confusing in a handwritten style of font. Please see details on photo 5.

Use a '( )' symbol to indicate a double line of text or just let us know 'Top text' and 'Bottom text'
Please note: We will follow the sample to apply your wording.
If your wording is long then the wording will have to use 2 lines as the length of the product is fixed. But your wording will be smaller than the photo due to the ribbon being only 15 cm.

Ribbon samples are offcuts of the ribbon only and do not come with any printed details or brooch pin.

To cut down your cost, For ribbons less than 10 we only send them by flat cardboard envelope.

Q1: What happens if I have sent the wrong details:
A1:Please just cancel the old order and reorder at the same time. As we will accept your request and refund you quickly.

Q2: Why was my order cancelled?
A2: We may have to cancel orders in situations where a quick turn around has been requested and we are too busy or if personalisation details is unclear.

Q3: Will you send a proof to me before printing?
A3:Yes.

Q4: What foil has the best printing result ?
A4: From our past experience, gold or silver is definitely the best to print on ribbon.

<Shipping>
Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We normally use hardboard envelope or postage box. All items are carefully packed and properly protected for shipment.
We use Royal mail, If your order does not arrive after 7 days, please contact us.
Any delay caused by shipping is out of our control - please contact us before you leave negative feedback.
-------- 💛 How to guarantee receipt time? 💛 -------
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) - 1:00 pm) is your best choice on the check out. If your event date is very close and you choose a 1st or 2nd class delivery without guarantee. then you run the risk of NOT receiving your order in time. In such cases, Royal mail will not provide compensation, and so we are unable to refund you.
💛 The best way is to order your ribbon at least two week before your event.💛

<Returns & Claims>
If your order does not arrive after 7 days of the dispatch date, please contact us.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, or personalised details are incorrect due to an error by us, we will promptly replace it free.
For all other returns, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as sent, and you must pay return shipping costs.
