DISPATCH TIME SCALE
I will post items using Royal Mail or another suitable carrier and usually dispatch within 1 to 5 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. In practice, I will aim to post more quickly than stated but cannot guarantee this. If you require delivery by a specific date please email first. This is not usually a problem but at the moment I am working away some of the time and at short notice my schedule can change.

UK DELIVERY ONLY
All items in VintageBonanza are available for dispatch to UK destinations.

For higher-value items I will generally use, at my discretion, Special Delivery (or a comparable service) which should be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Postage fees quoted include postage, packaging, in some cases nominal handling charges/costs to transport items to the Post Office, and insurance (PP&I).

Lower-value items will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For (or normal post*) to save postage costs and should be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch. Fees quoted include packaging, in some cases nominal handling charges/costs to transport items to the Post Office, and compensation up to £20 (£50 for Signed For) should the item be lost or damaged in the post. Compensation is not available for items of jewellery.

Where items are sent by normal post, I will obtain a certificate of posting*.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ONLY
