This Commercial License is designed for those who have acquired a graphic collection (sold separately) from my store and plan to sell up to 500 "end products" commercially using a 1801Prints graphic.

This listing only includes the license outlined below and does not contain any graphics or artwork. No physical item will be delivered.

USAGE TERMS:

•PERMITTED:
+ Unlimited personal use without the need for credit or attribution
+ Small business commercial use for up to 500 end products for sale, provided that:
+ The end product is significantly different from the original artwork and is combined with other creative elements, ensuring the original artwork is part of a broader design.
+ Artwork may be incorporated into online applications such as Corjl, Templett, or similar. However, it must be merged, locked, and/or flattened with other creative elements, ensuring the original artwork cannot be extracted in its original form in both digital and printed formats.

•PROHIBITED:
+ Reselling, giving away, or redistributing the designs in their original format is not allowed.
+ Modifying artwork to be directly competitive with the original Licensed Asset is not permitted.
+ Wholesaling items with purchased artwork is forbidden. This License is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
+ Taking credit for or claiming the artwork design as your own is not allowed. 1801Prints retains the copyright of the artwork.
+ Distributing the artwork as is, sharing, giving away, reselling, repackaging, or sublicensing is not permitted.

•COPYRIGHT INFORMATION:
+ The lifetime sales of the End Products for sale cannot exceed 500 units in total. Upon reaching 500 units in sales, an Extended License must be purchased.
+ By buying this product, you agree to adhere to the License's Terms and Conditions.
+ Violating the Terms and Conditions grants 1801Prints the right to terminate the License with written notice, and all rights provided to you by the License will cease.<head>
