Shipping was surprisingly fast to Canada. I even got a replacement and received this before any other Etsy purchase I ordered at the same time. There was an issue with the bow initially but the seller went above and beyond making sure I got a replacement that met my expectations. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Do not hesitate to purchase from this seller. You will be well taken care of! Thank you for this unique bow! It’s such a cute touch to all my winter outfits!

I’m in LOVE with my Gigi Knits balaclava! The colors are so beautiful and the quality of the knit work is so apparent. I can’t wait to wear this when it’s colder out!
