I just purchased a template. How do I access the file and what is the turnaround time?

Immediately! Our files are available instantly after purchase. You will receive an email with an "instructions" PDF. Go to the link in the PDF to access your template in Canva (be sure to check your junk mail). You will also always have access to the purchased file in your Etsy account. Simply go to Profile -> Purchases -> Download Files

What can I edit? Can I customize my design to suit my wedding theme?

Yes absolutely! You can change the following: • Text size, colour, and font style • Background colour can be added or changed • You can upload your own image or photo • Some artwork/images are editable -this will be noted on the product listing *Size of template cannot be edited, but please contact me if custom resizing is needed*

What do I need to edit -do I need any extra software?

No. You just need a desktop computer –no extra software is needed. After purchase is confirmed, simply click the link provided in the PDF sent to your email. This will direct you to a template in Canva (free) which you can access in your browser. After editing to suit your preferences you can then download as PDF, PNG, or JPEG. *Included with purchase: A bonus Canva Guide and 9 free tutorials on how to edit your template in Canva

Are your templates easy to edit even beginners?

Yes, our templates are very user-friendly and come with step-by-step instructions and tutorials (although many don't even need these). No advanced design skills required.

What types of wedding stationery and signage do you offer?

We offer a wide range of wedding stationery including invitations, enclosure cards (rsvp, details, gift registry, wishing well etc.), and reception signage (seating plans, welcome signs, place cards, table numbers, reception table signs and more). We are your one stop shop for all of your wedding stationery needs!

What cardstock should I print on?

For small prints, we recommend printing on heavy matte cardstock (80-120 lb) for best results. Though it is highly recommended to check your printer’s guidelines first to ensure that cardstock is compatible. If printing at home we recommend running a test print before bulk printing. If home print is not up to your standards we recommend printing professionally. For larger prints such as seating charts and welcome signs we would recommend printing on foam board or mounted cardstock. Ask your print shop for recommendations. Please keep in mind •Due to differences in ink, monitor, and printer settings, colours may vary slightly when printed *Free print guide is included with purchase.
