I think this pitcher is old because of the slight smearing of the cobalt near the handle. I read that pitchers like these were made to be utilitarian rather than show pieces so the makers didn’t care so much about slight defects like the small smears near the handle. I’ve seen sone that were dated to the early 1900s, but this one is definitely vintage, if not antique. I bought it from the estate of an antique dealer.

It is about 5.75” tall, 4” across the bottom and about 6” from the edge of the amount to the end of the handle. Except for the above mentioned smears, it is in very good condition.
