Personalizing your mug is easy! Just choose a custom name and a single (or double digit) number.

PLEASE READ

• For the best visual balance, use only the surname (or given name), as it sits nicely centered to the number.

• Double digit jersey numbers never begin with a zero. If you're ordering this as a gift for a child whose favourite player wears number 9, please enter #9 instead of #09 as your custom number.

• If you prefer your number to include a leading zero (like for a date or year) please add that note in the customization box so I don’t need to reach out for clarification and delay your order.

• I print all custom names in uppercase for a clean, bold look. Names including terminal letters (like McDonald, McInerney, or MacPherson etc.) will also be printed in full uppercase, unless specified otherwise during purchase.

• All messages and updates will be shared with you directly through Etsy. To avoid confusion between multiple messaging channels, I no longer communicate via personal emails.

• I do not use real player names/numbers in my designs (like MARINO #13, MAHOMES #15, JORDAN #23, WEMBANYAMA #1, RUTH #3, OHTANI #17, GRETZKY #99, OVECHKIN #8, MESSI #10, RONALDO #7 etc.). If submitted, I will contact you to update your customization or to arrange a refund. If I do not receive a reply within 48 hours, I will cancel your order.

• Please review your spelling before submitting your order. Each design is created especially for you, so I’m unable to make changes or provide refunds after printing begins.

• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change, especially during busy times.

• For Christmas orders, I highly recommend placing your purchase as early as possible to avoid any disappointment. You can find all holiday deadline dates listed on my storefront.

ABOUT THE PROCESS
Have questions about how my shop runs? I’m more than happy to share the full process with total transparency.

I’m the owner and designer behind Venmiftees. Every custom order is designed by me in high-quality vector format. Once your design is complete, I send the files to my fulfillment partner, who handles all printing and shipping for my orders. This setup lets me focus purely on designing, while they take care of production and distribution.

My fulfillment partner uses a printing method called dye sublimation to make sure your mug design comes out bright, crisp, and long‑lasting. Instead of sitting on top of the mug, the design actually becomes part of the surface.
Your artwork is printed (mirrored) onto special transfer paper, which is wrapped snugly around the mug. When the mug goes into a heat press, the high temperature turns the ink into a gas that fuses with the mug’s coating. The result is a smooth, permanent finish that won’t peel or crack.
