Elçin was very patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the design and build of the chair. Helping with fabric options and also advising on shipping quotes for delivery. The chair is perfect, exactly as described. A very high quality, bespoke piece of furniture. It felt like a risk as I had spec'd my own material and wood combination, but I should not have worried. The chair arrived perfectly, very well packaged and protected. Very well designed with durable, great looking materials. It's exactly as I hoped.
