This garment is only designed to be worn alone - the armholes are too small to accommodate a shirt underneath. It is also not proportioned for a long waisted person like me, so be sure to determine the length and placement of the peplum with precision. The covered buttons are a nice touch, but WAY too big for the buttonholes. The garment is very poorly constructed - the lining is too large, so bits of lining fabric peek out around the armholes and neckline. Between these flaws and the awkward cut and tiny armholes, it is unwearable. After negotiating a return for refund, the vendor insists that it has not been delivered by USPS (it cost me nearly $90 to return this order and USPS confirms that it WAS indeed delivered). Vendor refuses to refund any money and has stopped communicating. Awful experience - DO NOT BUY!
