RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAIL:
Returns must be made within 14 days (date on the post mark is important).

RETURNS FROM NON- EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES: we accept them, but they are not fully refunded due to costs of custom duties, what we have to pay for returned items. You will receive back 70% FROM THE TOTAL SUM you paid for your order if your parcel was sent with FREE SHIPMENT or STANDARD MAIL.

We refund entire cost of the product.

OTHER REFUNDING POLICIES:
*We don't offer refund for custom order or on orders, where you wanted your product being changed a little bit (colour, length of the net, feathers etc).
*We do not refund and send the product back when we recieve:
a) products with visible signs of use, a perfume smell and / or without a paper label (tags)

b) products if the information about the return was made after 14 days from receiving the goods. We follow from your post office, when you have received the item.
