Will your designs work with my embroidery machine?

Yes, absolutely! My designs are compatible with all major embroidery machines, including Brother, Janome, and Bernina. They are available in DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, VP3, and XXX formats. If you need a format that isn’t listed, please feel free to request it.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! If you accidentally purchase the same design twice, I’ll notice it and refund the duplicate right away. If a file is ever corrupted and we can’t fix it together, I’ll issue a refund—although thankfully this hasn’t happened yet!

Can your designs be resized?

Yes, I will offer resizing up to 20% or less. Please specify the format you need resized and I will send you the resized file.

Can I sell products made with this design?

Yes, you may sell finished items created using this design, although certain limitations do apply. Please contact me for further details.
